Dear Colleagues and friends

The Argentine Radiation Protection Society (SAR) is very pleased to invite you to participate in the X Latin American Regional IRPA Congress on Radiation Protection and Safety, which will be held in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in April 2015.

We would like to thank the Latin American and Caribbean Federation of Radiation Protection (FRALC) for giving us the opportunity to organize once again a Regional Congress in Argentina, the first one having been held in 1991. We are convinced that the experience gained organizing the International Congress of the International Radiation Protection Association (IRPA12) in 2008 in Buenos Aires, will be very fruitful to accomplish the goal of a successful event.

We are also honored that IRPA has distinguished the event as an IRPA Regional Congress.

By attending the Congress you will benefit from a scientific programme that will give an overview of the latest developments in the science and practice of radiation protection as well as from refresher courses to update knowledge on several topics related to radiation protection. Knowledge and experience exchange among colleagues from Latin America and all over the world will result in the progress of radiation protection.

We are also preparing an attractive social programme to make you enjoy argentine culture and tango. If you have been in Buenos Aires attending IRPA 12, April 2015 will be a good time to visit Argentine again, if you have never been, we are inviting you to come, you can´t miss this opportunity.
